I am Katherine Hyde Hensley, mother of four amazing individuals including my daughter Helen who was born still at 39 weeks in 2005. I am from Western North Carolina, where I am passionate and bold about prevention. As her mother, “I wish” that I knew about fetal movement changes. Instead of graduating from high school this year, Helen encourages me to talk about counting the kicks and empowering families. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician in private practice working in Maternal Infant Mental Health. My passion is education, advocacy, and empowerment!
