Mandee is the Program and Product Administrator at Healthy Birth Day, Inc. (HBD). She has more than 7 years of experience in community outreach and program administration in the nonprofit sector. She has a bachelor’s degree in Event Management from Iowa State University.
Mandee helps lead the integration of programs to improve maternal and fetal health outcomes across the country. She works with clinical and non-clinical partners to implement Count the Kicks into their work through the Champion Program. In addition to her partnership work, she assists with administering training related to HBD’s programmatic work and leveraging Count the Kicks resources.
As Program & Product Administrator she also leads Foundation grants in Iowa. She works closely with our grant partners to deliver grant deliverables, reporting, and prospecting.
Mandee used the Count the Kicks app for both of her pregnancies and knows how encouraging and empowering it can be to have data-driven resources to assist moms in speaking up. She is proud to work for an organization that is saving lives through their programming and awareness about fetal movement monitoring.
