Megan Bouska joined Healthy Birth Day, Inc. in March 2026 as the Development Associate. She brings more than four years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on stewardship and annual giving. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central College.
Megan is passionate about supporting others and empowering women. She is excited to be part of the Healthy Birth Day team, helping advance its mission to empower women to take control of their health during the third trimester of pregnancy.
In addition to her role at Healthy Birth Day, Megan serves as a co-lead for Dementia Friendly Marion County, where she works to build a more inclusive and supportive community for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
She lives in Pella, Iowa, with her husband, daughter, and their two cats. Outside of work, Megan is the Head Cheerleading Coach at Central College and has been coaching at the high school and collegiate levels for more than 11 years. She also enjoys spending time outside and in her community.
