Morgan West joined Healthy Birth Day, Inc. and Count the Kicks as the Social Media Manager in February 2023, and became Social Media Strategist in 2025. Morgan earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from SUNY Jefferson and participated in the Disney College Program.
Morgan has more than a decade of experience working with children in various capacities and five years of experience as a content creator and social media specialist. After facing a pregnancy loss and falling victim to postpartum complications, she combined her passion for pregnancy and postpartum advocacy with social media, which is how she learned of Healthy Birth Day, Inc.
She is an Upstate New York native who recently moved to the Des Moines, Iowa, area with her husband, Nathan, and three young children, Wylde, Reign and Shepherd.
Since joining the team, Morgan has been dedicated to assisting in the growth of Healthy Birth Day, Inc. and Count the Kicks and establishing strong connections within the community.
