Reilly Cady serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Healthy Birth Day, Inc. As the COO, Reilly oversees the day-to-day business operations, facilitates the implementation of the strategic vision of the organization, provides fiscal oversight and ensures that team members have the support they need to bring their best selves to work each day.
Reilly graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a master’s degree in Leisure, Youth and Human Services (LYHS), as well as bachelor’s degrees in LYHS and Psychology. She currently serves on the Friends of Des Moines Parks and Recreation board and is active with Lead DSM as a 2024 graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute.
Outside of work, Reilly enjoys time with her husband and two kids – being active through travel, sports, local events, and engaging with family and friends.
