In 2003, after an uneventful 37-week pregnancy, I gave birth to our second child. She was a beautiful, healthy-looking little girl who was stillborn due to a true knot in her umbilical cord. Joe and I named her Madeline. In her honor, I give my time and resources to help prevent other parents from experiencing the intense heartache of losing a baby.

Tiffan is one of the five original founding moms of Healthy Birth Day, Inc. the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that created the Count the Kicks campaign.
