Over the last 20 years, he has held several leadership roles guiding global benefits and wellness strategies and has served as the benefits lead on three $1B+ transactions. His approach in connecting the people strategy to the overall reduction of risk was recently featured in Forbes. In 2020 he was named the Editors’ Pick for “Benefits Professional of the Year” by Employee Benefit News.

O’Neil is a graduate of Central College and has previously served as a member of the Healthy Birth Day, Inc. Influencer Advisory Board. O’Neil joined the Board of Directors in March 2024.
