Hi, I’m Tosha McCarroll, a certified Birth, Postpartum and End-of-Life Doula who is deeply committed to supporting families through every stage of pregnancy, birth and beyond.
As a Count the Kicks Ambassador, I am passionate about helping families understand the importance of tracking baby’s movements and feeling confident speaking up when something doesn’t feel right. Awareness saves lives, and every parent deserves the knowledge and support that helps protect their pregnancy.
In my work as a doula, I walk alongside families during some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of their lives — from preparing for birth, to adjusting after baby arrives, to holding space for families experiencing loss. I believe education, advocacy and compassionate support can make a lasting difference in birth outcomes and emotional healing.
My goal is simple: To help families feel informed, supported and never alone on their journey.
