“I had a very healthy and normal pregnancy. My baby girl was very active in the womb and through using the app I was able to learn her patterns. Two days before my due date I noticed decreased fetal movement; I tried every trick in the book to get her to move. When nothing worked, I contacted my doctor and got sent to labor and delivery. They monitored her heart rate, which was beating, but not an active heart rate and on the biophysical profile they could not find any movement.
An hour and a half after arriving at the hospital my beautiful baby girl was born via emergency Cesarean. We had a fetal maternal hemorrhage, and she had lost a significant amount of blood. If I didn’t go to the hospital when I did, she would not be here today. After a two-week stay in the NICU our baby girl is home with us.
