Julie Fuller co-founded Generations Wealth Management (GWM) in 2009 after spending 17 years with Deloitte Tax and FBL Financial Group, where she served high-income executives in the areas of tax and wealth management.  Julie earned a degree in accounting from Iowa State University and holds the CPA® and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designations.

While at Iowa State University, Julie was a four-year varsity softball letter-winner for the Cyclones. A longtime advocate for Iowa State Cyclone athletics, she served as the Treasurer for the Iowa State Letterwinners Club for many years, and has coached countless youth softball teams for her four daughters. Julie continues to coach competitive girls’ softball and served seven years on the West Des Moines Girls Softball Association.

Her involvement in the community also included serving as president of her local PEO chapter and as a member of the Finance Board at the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines. She is excited to serve as Treasurer for Healthy Birth Day, Inc.

Julie and her husband have made their careers in West Des Moines, Iowa. Their eldest daughter has followed in her Mom’s footsteps in the public accounting world. Their two college students both play basketball, so fall and winter weekends are spent travelling the country following the Drake University Bulldogs and the Minnesota State Mavericks. And last but not least, their youngest daughter stays busy in the West Des Moines schools and is a three-sport athlete.

In their free time, the Fullers enjoy spending weekends with friends and family at Clear Lake, Iowa.
